WeLife is a resource platform for people who want to make disciples and plant house churches. I’ve spoke to Stephen in detail about his groups, meeting and teaching style and understand his deep passion for the mission to train, equip and release believers. Frank Viola is an author of more than 20 books, a conference speaker, and a consultant to other writers. He writes about radical discipleship and give practical advice on the common struggles that we Christians face today. Viola explains “Most Christians know that something is wrong with contemporary Christianity. They want to break free from the tyranny of the status quo. The two alternatives that dominate Christian culture today are spiritual complacency on the one hand or performance-based religiosity on the other.”
Viola writes for Jesus followers who don’t feel comfortable with the Conservative Right or the Progressive Left, but who are looking for a more authentic, biblical expression of the Christian faith that contains and ignites passion for Jesus. His main writing themes in his books are: God’s Grand Mission; The Deeper Christian Life; Missional Organic Church; and Rethinking the Status Quo. We don’t know him personally but highly recommend his books.
